We will leave a 'Something for you card', which is coloured red, when we are unable to deliver an item to your address. The card explains why we were unable to deliver, and tells you how to arrange redelivery or collection. Please wait 24 hours before collecting your item from an Enquiry Office or Customer Service Point.
What if the date on my card is more than 18 days ago?
We retain all items at the Delivery Office for 18 days. If during this time they are not collected or redelivered, we return them to the person who sent them.
