Why your carrier cannot find my address in PORTUGAl? Concerning parcel track no.CP764734961FR, shipped 01/09/2017, it has been consecutively registered as ┬źnot delivered because of addressee absence┬╗ although there were always people in the house, and no notice has been left, ever, in the mail box.

Furthermore, there is no indication of a valid phone number (international) to contact your services from PORTUGAL. Are there postal agencies from your company located in this country? And does the fields in your digital forms accept the fill up of telephone numbers and postal codes written in the portuguese formatted way so that one can place a inquiry about a delivery?
