I can't track my package, my track number is APC837344717SG

My name is jane Cecille, my track number is APC837344717SG. I have received phone call from Malaysia, they asked me to pay costum tax. I here from Doha quatar. Please reply soon, I don't know what to do. They asked me 850usd for taxes. I want for assurance if I give them money, they give me also my package. Please help.

   We are not affiliated with any courier company. If you have questions about the delivery process, please contact the courier company. But we have check your tracking number, it seems to be wrong. We can't track on APC Tracking or EMS Tracking system with it.
